Important Login & Security Information

Upon successful signup, your login credentials are securely delivered via email. For enterprise users, default credentials (username & password) are shared directly with the admin. Default login is valid only once, and must be updated immediately during the first login session.

Mandatory MFA: For enhanced protection, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup is required during your first login. You will not be able to access the console without enabling MFA.

Login Audit: Every login attempt — successful or failed — is logged with a timestamp, IP address, device fingerprint, and other metadata for auditing and security monitoring purposes. Repeated failed attempts trigger temporary account lockouts and alerts.

If you have not received your credentials, please check your spam folder or contact the system administrator immediately.
